We operate as a reseller of digital products, including but not limited to, software licenses, OTT (Over-the-Top) subscriptions, and other digital services, solely within Bangladesh.

2. Orders and Payment

  • All orders must be placed via our official WhatsApp number.

  • All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

  • We accept payments through methods specified during the order process (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket).

  • An order is considered final only after full payment has been received and confirmed.

3. Product Delivery

  • All Products are delivered digitally, either through email, direct message, or other specified electronic means.

  • We aim to deliver all products promptly after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary but will typically be within a few hours.

  • It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address or other contact details for delivery. We are not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect information provided by you.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Due to the digital nature of our Products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a product key, subscription detail, or license has been delivered.

  • A refund may be considered only if the Product delivered is proven to be invalid or not as described. In such cases, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof of the issue.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and brand names of the products sold are the property of their respective owners. We are a reseller and do not claim ownership of the intellectual property of the products we sell. The license or subscription you purchase is subject to the terms and conditions set by the original product owner.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Products purchased. Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the Product.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
